Using this 👆🏽 hack that I learned from a professor allows you to get into the 💪🏽 position and activate the external rotators with less discomfort. - Very important about this variation is to: - 🔹Maintain the arm (elbow/hand) in external rotation and in the same position. - 🔹Rotate the body away from the arm to finish the movement. - 🔹And return back (in reverse) to the position under control. - This top position of the arm is a very functional position for the arm as it is used for all overhead sports and daily activities.
