#positiveliving In #Malaysia Wishes y'all great mid week of the early November 2020, as I present my long awaited selfie as well as our #myhomecooking today. I will highlight one of my dish - oven-baked crushed cashew nuts coated chicken breast meat today, and share with y'all #myownrecipes simple to made according to you and your family or friends taste buds. My dish ingredients are listed below... Seasoned the chicken breast meat with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 table spoon brown sugar with 2 table spoon Vergold Abalone mushroom chicken sauce, beat one egg and mixed 4 table spoon full of crushed cashew nuts together with the seasonings. Put the seasoning chicken breast meat in the fridge for half a day, and only take it out from the fridge when we want to bake it for our meal. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree C for 5 minutes. As for the glass baking pan, greased it with 2 table spoons full Minyak Sapi layered with one layer of sliced cabbage and put the pre-seasoned chicken breast meat on top of the layered cabbage, then bake them for 25 minutes over 200 degree C. It's okay of the cabbage burnt a bit as garnish for our oven-baked cashew nuts coated chicken meat as it's simply delicious. Remember to serve the dish hot fresh from the oven. Feel free to change the dishes variants according to you and your family or friends taste buds, and happy trying my recipes until I am ready to do a live streaming of #myhomecooking in the future, while trying to hone in on my piano playing skills. Hugs #mylovelies #loverevolution2020 thanks for fallowing and supporting #myhomecooking and #myhomebaking journey so far, and please share my postings out to benefit you love one and your friends who love cooking and baking... https://www.instagram.com/p/CHK4sjMJfDYSTlO6-gbGj2vRFcf6aqJ6dTB8qk0/?igshid=slt7qdtuxtml
