How I Found My Path to Movement.
Not all journeys to fitness are the same. For a long time, I believed that going to the gym was the only way to get stronger. So I pushed myself to go, thinking I just needed to adapt. Weeks turned into months, but the spark never came. It wasn’t just resistance - I genuinely didn’t enjoy it. That’s when I started to wonder: maybe the gym isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay.
This realization led me to explore other forms of movement. I turned to yoga, starting with self-practice at home, learning to connect with my body in a way I never had before. Later, I joined pilates and yoga classes with instructors, and something shifted. Over time, I noticed progress - not just physically, but emotionally too. My core grew stronger, my muscles more defined, yet my figure remained feminine. It wasn’t about lifting heavy weights; it was about building strength from within.
For anyone feeling stuck in a routine that doesn’t resonate: give yourself permission to try something new. Movement is personal, and finding what works for you can be a game-changer. Strength isn’t one-size-fits-all - it’s about discovering what makes you feel powerful, balanced, and whole.
