It’s homecoming week and I am proud to say that I am an Alum of The Real GSU! With over 35,000 students in which nearly 40% are African American, Georgia State University is a model of diversity and higher education in an urban setting. The numbers don’t lie, GSU graduates more African American students than any school in the country and has a graduation rate of over 50% for African American students.
