Dante is a singer, usually his songs focus on upbeat fun things, or complaining about the music industry.. but sometimes he writes cute little love songs, and each one is typically about Travis.
Similarly, if Travis is relapsing back into his severe anxiety from high school, Dante knows exactly how to calm him down. Usually that involves quiet singing or humming, while holding hands.
Dante also has really bad anxiety, it's less consuming than what Travis experiences but obviously its still bad. Of course, Travis is right there for him as well. Grounding and calming techniques that involve Travis wrapping his wings around Dante, or letting him fidget with the fluffy little demon tail.
Werewolf Dante and Demon Travis, they hold tails instead of hands. Which is partly because Travis needs to fidget with his hands, and partly because Dante would just knock everything over if his tail was let loose....
Now, stuff specifically for s3 -
Travis cannot cook anything more than simple meals, but he has absolutely mastered the art of making pizza rolls taste amazing. Dante can only properly bake, not cook. But somehow when they come together and do it together? They create complex and amazing things, but they can never replicate the recipe again. It's a blessing and a curse.
They do have separate rooms, but they do not sleep separately. The different rooms are simply so they don't overwhelm one room with way too many posters on the walls or dirty clothes on the floor. And so they can rotate between different beds depending on if they're sleeping during the night or going to bed in the middle of the day - because Travis has a room that has way too many windows, and Dante has a room in the back of the house with like one window. Yes, they also did this with the basement in season one.
Dante and Travis go on dates very regularly, but never fancy restaurant type dates. They sit at home under blankets with snacks and warm drinks while watching Bluey.
taking my rightful place as the number one Travis and Dante fan, this includes being the number one Danvis shipper.
How do you think a Danvis date-night in would go?? what about a night out?
Usually I see their dates more as staying in and watching movies, or doing small very bad crafts together. Nights in, just enjoying each other and full of fondness.
So the idea of them going out? A night out together?? Very cool, love coming up with new stuff for my favorite duo!!
I know technically speaking it's more likely for them to go out places, but I see their dynamic differently when it's just them. Softer, like people who are so familiar with each other that cuddling to a movie is more than enough. Little things in life, simple and sweet things, very cozy and relaxed.
They'd definitely go to an arcade, but a small one with less business. It might be a little messy or even run down a bit, but it has less people so its easier to relax there.
The older atmosphere of the games and prizes in the place make it feel.. nicer. Almost like a cliche hometown romance movie, yknow?
Cheesy things like trying to beat each others high scores, or winning each other dumb prizes, cheap and probably bad foods..
Dim lights and fuzzy background noise, a blur of game sounds and very few voices, easy to simply get lost together. Nothing else taking their attention, just the love and joy of being together. Laughing and joking around, still finding time to stare and smile at the other..
Losing track of time, playing pac man and knock off mario games. No matter what, the two are more focused on the quality time than the environment or games.
They'd probably end the night with some fast food, like really cheap fast food, and once home again? accidentally falling asleep on the couch, tucked together.
