andromeda: describe your first best friend
I had a few kids I considered my best friends when I was little, who were kids of my parent’s friends. But I guess my actual real best friend was my housemaid’s daughter, who is the same age as i am (we were born 15 days apart) and who i was very close with growing up. My maid used to sleep in my house during weekdays (she has her own house, but it was kinda far and she’d rather sleep there and just go home on fridays), and her daughter used to stay with her obviously (her relationship with her father was complicated) so she was always at my home and was basically my sister. We went to different schools, but when we were home we used to play together all the time. As we grow older, we distanced ourselves because we were really different, I had always been a really.. introspective child, I liked staying home, playing with dolls and that kind of stuff, she liked going out and playing with other children. She also grew up faster than me, in a way that I was still playing with barbies and she considered herself almost a teen. And then when I grew up, I started being more on my computer, fandom stuff and hanging out more with people from my school. And she liked to go out with her friends from her school and from where she lived, started spendin more time in her actual house than in mine, and we ended up not really being friends anymore. She’s more like... a distant cousin now, who I have on facebook and see what’s happening on her life through it and through her mother.
