Happy World Mental Health Day! 2020 has really brought mental health to the forefront for so many of us with its ongoing challenges, twists, and turns. My human has really learned how much both meditation and intuitive collage can help her. One of the things she noticed in doing intuitive collage is how important getting back outside was so we’ve been social distancing while camping, hiking, and kayaking with frens.
