Can you do something with the reader getting new glasses and mycroft fawning over them because they look so cute? Thanks! I just got new glasses and I'm in love with them. :)
“Have I told you that your new glasses make you radiate this unimaginable beauty today _____,” Mycroft confesses for what must be the ten thousandth time since you arrived home from the eye doctor.
You’re not sure if this is because Dr. Norbert had to prescribe you a stronger prism to keep your double vision at bay, that he somehow knew how much you hated the frames since the lens prescription required a thicker frame to hold it or that he genuinely liked your glasses.
It’s difficult to tell when your husband can quite literally find out in real time what’s happened because he has a handle in every CCTV camera in all of Great Britain.
Sighing and trying not to overthink it you tell him yet again, “thanks, I’m glad you like them.”
Really tho, these were not the kind of frames you would have chosen willingly opposed to contacts or thinner frames. Frames that would hide into your face making it appear that you were wearing nothing at all were more your style or even contacts when you wanted to appear younger.
To say that these new glasses were bringing your confidence down was an understatement.
A familiar arm wraps its way around your waist halting you from continuing your trek to the backyard. His warm voice coming closer to your ear as he wraps himself closer to you. “Oh I don’t just like them,” Mycroft purrs into your ear, “I love them.”
“Mycroft my petunias,” you mumble halfheartedly as Mycfort nuzzles your neck. He’s rather distracting when he starts putting on “the moves.”
Somewhere in the backyard you can hear a pot in breaking distantly but its so difficult to focus when his mouth is so close to your neck.
“They’re so striking and so bold…just like you.”
His fingers are making such an unpredictable pattern on your hips and pelvis feeling hot on your bum. Far too much to hold a conversation like a decent human being.
There’s another sound from the backyard but who can concentrate like this?
Voice trembling under the unfair onslaught you ask him, “Bold how?”
Trailing light kisses on your neck Mycroft pauses,” Bold enough to sex on the patio in nothing but those sultrily glasses?”
“FOR THE LOVE OF GOD” comes a familar shout from the backyard and lo and behold-Sherlock appears!
Covered head to toe in muck, grime and nature Sherlock continues his screeching, “I was going to come over to say that I’ve changed my mind on the case you offered but if you’re gong to do something as God awful as that I’m leaving!”
