Just saw your post about Vampire Martyn, he did a lore stream afterwards where he admitted V!Martyn is just a guy who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. IRL Martyn wasn't informed people were doing lore until a day or two before so he decided to keep it simple.
No last name, couldn't keep a job, wandering from city to city. Steals some clothes off a sleeping carriage and found himself in Oakhurst. He pretended to be a noble but was lying through his teeth, even lied about his last name.
Martyn confirmed that V!Martyn is probably stuck in purgatory now as his soul was conflicted between his two sires - but he would have gone with Renhart to cure his cursed tongue if he had survived.
Ironically, the guy with no lore probably has my favourite lore of the whole series. Just a guy, wrong place, wrong time, with no one to remember him...
Thank you so much! Clearly I missed that stream. But that's why I made this blog. So we can put together the pieces of what we know to make the full story and so people don't have to go digging in the dark for thing others already know.
I agree that V!Martyn's lore has definitely joined my favourites. It's so simple but that just makes it that much better.
