Pointless : The Mystery Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Mystery Competition (“Competition”) is operated by Blink Publishing (“Blink”), part of the Bonnier Publishing Group. These terms and conditions, together with the completed and returned page 191/192 from The Pointless Book 2, form the agreement between you and Blink. By completing the registration details on page 191 and returning it to Blink at the address on page 192, you accept the following terms and conditions and Blink will assume that you have read these and agree to them
2. To enter the Competition you must be a resident of / or resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland
3. The Competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Blink or any employees (or members of their immediate families) of Alfie Deyes or Gleam Futures
4. Competition entrants who are under 16 years of age will need parental/guardian consent to enter the Competition and Blink may ask to see verification of consent at any time
5. The App winners will need to complete the registration boxes on page 191 in order to secure entry into the competition draw and enable them to be eligible to win a competition prize
6. Only one winner per winning entry 7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason
8. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified
9. The Competition draw will held on the 29th May, if you are one of the estimated 2 winners of the Competition, we will notify you by email by Friday 12th June 2015. If you do not respond within 7 working days of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and Blink reserves the right to choose another winner. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered in to
10. By entering the Competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Blink may require
11. The closing date is as specified for the Competition and Blink reserves the right to amend the Competition end date at any time
12. Blink will endeavour to confirm all details of the prize involving meeting Alfie Deyes by 30th June 2015 but cannot guarantee this scheduled date
13. Blink will be entitled to change the prizes and make minor changes to the timing and content of the Competition
14. The prize will not be transferable to another person or exchangeable for any other prize 15. If an advertised prize is not available, Blink reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value but there will be no monetary substitute 16. Blink reserves the right to amend these rules at any time and if we do this we will publish the amended Competition rules on the relevant Competition page on www.thepointlessbook.co.uk 17. If the Competition is run on YouTube, then it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with YouTube. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless YouTube from any and all liability associated with this promotion
18. Blink will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any events which are beyond the reasonable control of Blink.
19. All information regarding the Competition is correct at the time of publication
20. Blink may cancel the Competition at any time prior to its commencement

23. The competition is governed by English law
