Whereabouts is the prize meeting?
The particulars of the meeting with Alfie have not yet been finalised. But don’t worry, as long as you are in the UK or Ireland Blink will arrange your travel.
No, the tickets are exclusively available to the person they are registered to they cannot be shared or transferred to someone else.
Can I bring both my parents?
Blink Publishing are unfortunately only able to accommodate one parent or guardian per prize winner.
My golden ticket wouldn’t let me register, it said they all been claimed!
We are sorry to say that due to a technical glitch with the app’s server some users may have seen a ticket displayed in error, the #PBGoldenTicket competition is now officially closed.
My golden ticket disappeared from my screen before I could register!
If you find a golden ticket in the time window it will remain active until claimed or the registration process is completed.

I have found two golden tickets in two of my books! Can I have both tickets!?
No. Unfortunately, our Ts&Cs restrict the winners to one ticket per winner.
I don’t live in the UK can I enter the competition?
No, unfortunately the Golden Ticket competition is restricted to residents of the UK and Ireland.
What if I’m abroad on holiday but I live in UK and own a UK copy of The Pointless Book 2?
As long as you own are a resident of the UK or Ireland and own UK edition of The Pointless Book 2 you will be able to register providing that your device is connected to the internet and you are searching for your winning ticket during the competition window which is based around British Summer Time 08/05/15 19:00 – 09/05/15 09:00. You will need to check your copy of the book with The Pointless Book 2 App during this time frame and account for any time zone difference.
When will I be contacted?
If you are one of the winners of the Competition, we will notify you by email on Monday 11th May 2015. If you do not respond within 7 working days of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and Blink reserves the right to choose another winner. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
What will I need to bring with me?
Blink will endeavour to confirm all details of the prize involving meeting Alfie Deyes by 30th June 2015 but cannot guarantee this scheduled date.
