Hey! Just wanted to say i love your fics and your words and i would read literally anything written by you even if it's not from the fandom im in. Speaking of, if you have published works(non fanfic?) written by you i would love to read them too, or the ones to be published in the future, it would be nice if you could let know when you publish?:))

Thank you so much! I'm definitely trying to publish (had an agent... lost an agent... looking for an agent again) but it's slow going and I've had no luck so far. I've always been worried about connecting my online identity to my professional one since you hear about authors being harassed for problematic stuff they've written, but times are changing re: how fanfic is perceived by the public and I really would like to be able to share if anything happens—mostly because of nice people like you who are rooting for me and would (hopefully) enjoy my original work. I've also played with the idea of self-publishing shorter form stuff under a pseudonym. I'll try to let you know if I land on anything or if anything happens. In the meantime I'm extremely grateful for your enthusiasm!

how do you always manage to write the funniest things ever? :'D what is your secret? (context: i just finished reading big protein and it made my week)

Oh man! Thank you 😁 I love Big Protein. It was so much fun to write something so ridiculous. I’m not sure what advice I can give on writing humour, but I definitely wrote that fic with the intention of making my friends laugh. It’s maybe helpful to have a plan for what you’re writing plot-wise, and then examine what's funny about it? Most situations are at least a little funny, especially when they involve a colourful cast. People are full of idiosyncrasies.

You were probably asking that rhetorically... but if I have any secret, it’s that I’m surrounded by hilarious people! They’re the real troublemakers, not me. 😇 Godspeed in your writing ventures! (If you’re having them.)

Ahhh thank you so much! Every single time I post a chapter I want to post my entire buffer in a “BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE!!” move cause I’m so excited to show people where the story goes next but I just know I’d end up stuck and not finishing the fic so ALAS. Gotta keep everyone and myself in suspense so I’ll actually post consistently! Thank you for enjoying and for sending this message 😭💕 It’s a month later and Gin’s covers for the fic still make me sigh with a mix of joy-longing. So beautiful!

I recently read your amazing "Acceptable Risk" fic- and thank you so much more writing that masterpiece! They're so wonderfully IC; I love how in love with each other they were, and the reluctant admittance that both of them had been dumb was so good <3<3<3<3

I got my copy of the Nekoma zine today and I haven’t finished checking everything out but I had to immediately tell you how much I loved your story. I was reading it in public and I could not stop smiling, I tried biting my lips and everything. I probably looked incredibly weird. You write Yaku so so so so well. Like so many people are content to have Yaku forever be violent and yell-y. But you add so much nuance to him. And the end scene where he was joking about his age filled me with so -1

much joy. And the little bits of other characters were amazing too. Like they weren’t center stage but it was very apparent that you have an excellent grasp on their characters and relationships. You write them all so well and I have so many feelings about this and thank you so much for writing this. I’ll love it always. -2/2

ALSO!! I forgot to mention this but the fact that the giant whose footsteps Shibayama walks in is Yaku and not the super tall Lev made my heart soar.

I have? so many feelings about "Acceptable Risk"???? I got so excited when I saw that you'd posted another kagehina fic that I immediately opened a tab for it, fully expecting to wait until later this weekend to read it, decided it would be okay to read the first couple of sentences only to get completely hooked and read it all in one sitting. Wow. Wow wow wow! The way you write pining and uncertainty is just! gah!! [insert Hinata noises here]!! I adore it so far and I can't wait until Monday!!!

AHHHH I’M SO GLAD!!! I’ve been stuffing a lot of feelings into it so I’m ecstatic they jumped like a blue and orange virus to you! C’x Also that you were hooked so early because I wrote the beginning a year+ ago and it’s very “Kageyama sitting quietly in a room by himself” so when I re-found it I was like “ugh it starts like this? really? but I don’t know how to start it better so...” SO I’M VERY FLATTERED & RELIEVED.
