Manaphy but as a Ghost Type :}

Pokédex entry: Born near bodies of water, it is often found near shipwrecks or whirlpools.

(Man this was tricky but it was a fun redesign! Manaphy is an adorbs water type.)

Got inspired by @smudgeandfrank ‘s stream the other day to try doodling some pokemon fusions! (Click on the pics to see the full drawings!)

From top to bottom I got Vilerisu (Vileplume + Pachirisu), Arceos (Arceos + Latios), and Zapwag (Zapdos + Poliwag). These were actually pretty fun to do so I might try them again as warm ups in the future! (Also I’ve only seen Vilerisu’s design for a couple of hours but I would die for it, I know it looks menacing but it’s also adorbs-)

Also because they were fun to do for the other pokemon art meme I did a while back, here are some made up pokedex entries :)

Vilerisu- A mischievous pokemon that is often found in forests, especially during thunderstorms. It will try and scare the other pokemon it comes across. Their eyes also glow red in the dark, so their are more easily spotted in the night time.

Arceos- It is said to have emerged from an egg in caverns deep underground. It often found flying near auroras.

Zapwag- This pokemon is easily irritated and can be found in tall grasses by ponds or other bodies of water. Can and will peck at your ankles, if you see a herd of them, run.

In that pic he seems to be in trouble at court for something, but with how your webcomic is going and how sassy he’s been in the snippets we’ve seen I doubt he’s going to stay there for long XD

The theme for the gift exchange was the four seasons, and everyone got one that they had to base their piece on. I got fall, and since the character seemed to have dark and dreary vibes I went with a setting where dying leaves were drifting around him.

So I was messing around practicing with colors the other day and decided to make my own color palette challenge! 

The arrangement reminded me of ice cream so that’s what I went with lol.

While getting stuff ready for school I found my projects that I did from that design class I took this past summer! Don’t know if I’ll post all of em, but here’s the project where we worked on value/texture. I had to cut each of those pieces out by hand with an exacto knife and glue them together:’) . Still like the weird painterly way it turned out though.

New icon time! It’s weird seeing how much my digital style has changed, I drew my old one a little after I got my first tablet which was like...a year ago I think?
