Here you go! The paintings are from Arnold Böcklin, Elihu Vedder and Young Marsyas, and William-Adolphe Bouguereau in that order. Hopefully the naked ladies are alright, theyre just chillin. I also decided not to put little drawings on the pictures because they're kind of hard to see as it is. Portrayal of saytrs has changed a lot over the centuries, they were originally portrayed as ugly, mischievous, and obscene. They began to have a more neutral portrayal around the late 1500's, often depicted in sensual (etc...) situations, and became more positive over time, especially with the release of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Historically no female saytrs have been depicted, and Greeks were unsure of how or if they reproduced.
