멸치볶음
- 후라이팬 기름 - 멸치를 잠깐만 볶아 (2-3분. 길게하면 딱딱해짐). 마늘 살짝 넣어 냄새빼게 - 물엿 먼저 넣어 or 올리고당 - 간장 한수깔 (치이이익 거림. 바로 불꺼) - 간장조금 적게넣고 고추장 넣으면돼
