Eli sighed, slamming his book closed and throwing it onto his bed. It felt like he'd been studying forever and he still didn't feel ready for his upcoming exam. After hours of studying he walls of his bedroom were stifling and he yearned to leave but it was already past curfew. There was a slight rustle as someone rolled over in his bed and Eli froze, wondering if he'd woken his roommates up. Squinting through the dark, it didn't appear as if Jaejin or Myungsoo were still fast asleep.

How lucky they were to be sleeping, he thought to himself. What too many people didn't realize was that not all Ravenclaws were incredibly smart. It wasn't intelligence that was a hallmark of the house, it was the desire and lust to learn. Even so, sometimes he felt like he had to work twice as hard as everyone to look like a "model Ravenclaw". Extinguishing his illuminated wand tip, he quietly packed his bag and decided to go for a walk.
