Milkovich versus Gallagher, Round Seventy-Five

Mickey: Did’ya hear that Ian?! Fucking Lip calling ME ratchet, where does he get off anyway? Nerdy motherfucker.

Ian only laughed in response, making Mickey even madder. 

Mickey: I don’t see what’s so fuckin’ funny, Red.

Ian: A ratchet only moves one way, so baby, you definitely ain’t ratchet.

Ian smirked, moving in and planting a big, sloppy kiss on his husband.

Mickey: You’re a dick you know that? A freaky, dorky ass dick.

Ian opened his mouth to respond, no doubt with something freakier and dorkier, but Mickey cut him off with a kiss.

This week's wonderful prompt was set by the amazing Evie, @energievie. It's Spring!

So here come 100 Spring-themed Gallavich words. 100 words exactly.

Ian smiles as he looks at his calendar. “Things have changed…”, he muses, brushes his fingertips over the page filled with numbers and colorful writing. He remembers that he hated this. Having a schedule: his meds, check-ups, psychologist appointments.

They’re still there. Black letters on white paper.

But they’re not alone anymore.

And they don’t seem quite so daunting and awful when these appointments are accompanied by their busy work schedule, “date night”, “Franny’s sleepover ” and “family dinner”.

Ian grins. March 21st. Spring is near. A new beginning.

He picks up his red pen. Draws a heart around the date.
