The Blacklist 8x05 "Fribourg Confidence"
In this pendrive scene I had an ice in my belly, now Harold knows that informant Reddington is a Russian KGB undercover agent. I can't wait to see how Cooper is going to confront Raymond 'Red' Reddington, aka N-13, if he does.
The Blacklist - Dissecting Season 8, Episode 2. Katarina Rostova Conclusion.
The Fake Katarina had been looking for the REAL KATARINA who was “hidden”. Once Dom told her where she was and her NEW identity... She made a beeline for Red. Her search ended there.
Katarina: I have the identity of N-13. Heidegger: You’re N-13. Katarina: No. But I know who is. And I’m willing to give you his name in exchange for my safety. Katarina: All those years searching for answers, and you were right in front of me the whole time. Red: For what it’s worth, I didn’t know what Dom was planning in Belgrade. Katarina: I believe you. But after – you let the world believe the lie. You dangled me out there, let everyone think I had the Archive.
And now I know why. Because if they were chasing me, it meant they weren’t chasing you.
Red: It’s not quite that simple. Katarina: You’re N-13, aren’t you? You framed me. You fed me to Townsend as a patsy, and Dominic knew and helped you do it. Red: I could’ve helped you the way I always have, kept you one step ahead. But staying safe wasn’t enough. You needed answers. Well, now you have them. And now they’ve destroyed you.
I'm confused... doesn't liz think red is n-13?
She did, in 8.04 but now we’re at 8.14. We haven’t seen her since and the description of Liz and the Task Force pursuing additional leads on N-13 is for 8.16. So I would assume that something has changed since 8.04 that we will learn about between 8.14 and 8.16 that provides some new information about that.
The Blacklist - N-13 has the Archive, doesn’t he? Assuming it is a “he.” - Elizabeth Keen
Dom: You took it but he has it and so do you.
Lilly: He doesn’t own her. He is her. Liz: Don’t do this. Lilly: And she is him.
Could Red have whispered to Kirk that Keen is N-13? -Doyouthink
First of all, congrats on being the first one using the "Ask me anything!" feature!
Now to the actual question itself. I think it is possible, but unlikely, but it would require a lot of other things. For example, Kirk would need to know what N-13 means (he would need to know that 13 packets of intel were stolen from Lubyanka Square in 1990 by an unknown person suspected to be Katarina Rostova, and since he wasn't certain whether or not she drowned in Cape May (which was before the theft of the packets) I don't think Kirk knew about N-13). Then Kirk would need to be affected by it. What is it that stops him from killing Reddington if Reddington is N-13? It couldn't be Liz, because even though he let her go, he didn't really care that much about her since she wasn't his daughter.
So if what Reddington told Kirk was that he was N-13, then there's something about this we haven't been told yet.
N-13 is an operative. The “N” stands for “neopoznanny,” the Russian word for “unidentified.” 13 represents the 13 packets of intel he stole from Lubyanka Square in 1990.
