Naadira Patel (né en 1988 à Johannesburg, Afrique du Sud) est une artiste basée à Johannesburg dont le travail explore différents médiums; peinture, photographie, vidéo et installation. Elle met l'accent sur la relation entre peur-désir-contrôle en travaillant sur des espaces de divertissement, parcs d'attractions et aires de jeux. Elle a obtenu son diplôme de premier cycle en art plastique de la Wits School of Arts de Johannesburg en 2010. Elle est actuellement la coordinatrice des expositions et conservateur adjointe du département arts visuels de la Wits School of Arts, en charge de la gestion de la Substation gallery et co-commissaire du programme Dislocating the Studio.

Naadira Patel (born 1988 in Johannesburg, South Africa) is a Johannesburg based artist whose work crosses between the mediums of painting, photography, video and installation, with a focus on the relationship between fear / desire / control / working with spaces of entertainment, amusement parks and playgrounds. She completed her undergraduate BA Fine Arts Degree at the Wits School of Arts in 2010, and is currently the exhibitions coordinator / assistant curator in the Division of Visual Arts at the Wits School of Arts, managing the Substation gallery space and co-curator of The Substation Residency: Dislocating the Studio.
