The Story of Meeting Naahmah (Part 1)
Before the reign of Solomon, David ruled over Israel. During that time, David had eight wives; Their names were, in order of marriage, Michal, Bathsheba, Ahinoam, Maachah, Abigail, Haggith, Eglah, and Abital. He had more partners, however, but their names are irrelevant to this story, other than Nepheg. His first born child was by Nepheg, a child named Naahmah. At birth, the child was labelled female, and, later on, due to Naahmah’s gender and mother, was decided not to be the heir to Israel. Little did the citizens of Israel know, Nepheg was an angellic succubus who had found solace in David’s presence, never marrying, but producing three children for the then-king. Before David’s death, however, I came to “level” with Naahmah. Not only were they, the eldest child , denied the throne, they had also discovered something; Naahmah was male. I had heard of this half-angel child soon after, through Gremory, a demon(ess) with an affinity for royals, especially those who refused their birth gender. Since I was fascinated with the Israelites, at the time, I immediately made my way to the surface, requesting Naahmah’s audience. Upon his presence, I could immediately tell he was unhappy. His mother stood in the hall, explaining that he could no longer stay in the palace, in fear of David’s rage. When he came in, we sat, facing each other, and spoke shortly. “I have an offer for you.” “I’m aware.” This defiant attitude was solely due to unfamiliarity, and it would cease. I told him I could offer him a place in my court, as my Seneschal and personal assistant. I found him quite attractive to look at, but no romance was planned, I solely needed someone to accompany me, and to assist in managing my day-to-day life. Of course, he accepted, though hesitant to deal with demons. I took note of his nervousness, not saying anything about it, but we left for Hell within the day, arriving just before dinner. I explained his roles, as a manager, seneschal, and accompaniment, as well as other, minor, expectations and positions, amongst a horde of platters, each holding rich treats. That night, we ate nothing but dates and honey.
