There Pokki went, embarrassing them in front of the Hylians again. Not that Nabooru cared much - these diplomatic trips were a waste of time and resources, especially when she was dragged along. It was bad enough that King Ganondorf spent so much time away from the valley, she could only imagine what was going on without one of their guidance.
As blunt as Zelda was, it was honestly the most encouraging thing Nabooru had heard all trip. She knew the Hylians didn't appreciate their culture, she didn't care, but she did loathe the little song and dance they put on. Barbaric. Ha. The Gerudo didn't cut off water access for farms they didn't need, did they?
But that wasn't Zelda's fault. Not yet, anyway. And, frankly, she'd been the best company she had outside their traveling party.
"Yes and no. What you saw was a debate, of sorts. Those are supposed to happen at home with people watching to make sure they know who won."
She rolled her head from ear to ear with a sickening crack.
"But we do practice fighting, the same way we tell stories and play music. Combat is just another art form, one that uses the body."
Her lips curled into a smile, if a skeptical one. She doubted the princess could do much - she'd already put healing salve on everything that would take it, save the eye. But sowing a few seeds of mischief? That was a hard deal to pass up.

Since NAb in humans were indicated to fulfill important functions in health and disease, their role in health of veterinary species should be investigated more often. Arguments are given why veterinary immunology should obtain inspiration from human studies and why human immunology would benefit from veterinary models. Within the One Health concept, findings from veterinary (and wildlife) studies can be related to human studies and vice versa so that both fields will mutually benefit. This will lead to a better understanding of NAb: their origin, activation mechanisms, and their implications in health and disease, and will lead to novel health management strategies for both human and veterinary species.
