Apparently this winter I'm having a nachaq moment, although I keep not planning enough and running out of yarn. This is some super yummy local alpaca that I bought on a whim at an arts festival. The pattern calls for it to be about 5 inches higher, and probably I'll knit it again with more than 245 yards of something so I can get the full effect. Also somehow at the end I turned it around and so the stockinette is curling to the inside. But it is soft and yummy and warm and makes me think about peppermint ice cream with hot fudge.
