Ingredients: 1 batch of Quick Homemade Pizza Crust. 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. On a floured surface, roll out the Quick Homemade Pizza Crust to the thickness you want. Then, move it to a pizza stone or baking sheet. The pizza crust will have salsa as a sauce base. Spread it out evenly. Spread the chicken shreds out evenly on top of the salsa. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese out over the chicken in an even layer. You can add the diced red onion, sliced jalapeos, and sliced black olives as you like. Add pepper and salt to taste. It should be baked in a hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take the pizza out of the oven and give it some time to cool down. Put sour cream on top of the hot pizza. Add crushed tortilla chips and chopped fresh cilantro on top. Chicken Nacho Pizza is ready to eat! Just cut it up and serve it!
