B-but dave never went anywhere? and um, the ones at the shower were dave and rose, and it all died where the scene was cut, reallu uvu. maybe dave sat there and kind of thought about his life choices, but not really.

dave and jade defs get to have a lot of chats later on, don't worry. i really like their relationship in the sense that they really get each other, and awkward silences are practically non-existent.

(orgies are not planned into the fic but i might write some ot4 smuts when it's over ok)

ok aaah I’ve struggled with writers block I know how it is. my suggestion is to get them all REALLY drunk. substance abuse always helps kill writers block

yup, thanks for that! those experiences really helped me figure some things out. i've already written like three fics after the last time i updated tddao, so working on anything else is out of question, hehe ;;

i-im trying to go easy on dave, this chapter? he's the most fun character to write, but re-reading the first three chapters it all seems very dave-centred (which isn't a bad thing but there's basically no john/girls), so i'm trying to focus on the other ships uvu. dave being punched a lot and then kissed a lot is lovely idea anyway, and defs in gonna happen.

i loveee "dog days" - betacest is the best. honestly i would be interested in seeing focus on the incest pairings, and johndave and johnrose. i.e. the pairings where there are issues to overcomes (in these cases, the incest itself, and in the case of john (straight??) and rose (gay), the sexuality barrier)

for some reason i feel like the fact that they didn't grow up together is gonna make the incest pairings a lot easier to handle - though rose being gay and john straight are defs stuff i'm gonna try to make as realistic as possible. i just hope this kids don't start writing themselves and create a lot more drama than is necessary.
