Thank You So Much!
As Ryuunosuke’s birthday has come to a close, I just want to say a very thank you for everyone who participated! This is actually the first time I’ve been doing a birthday event for my oc’s as I’ve seen other people & divisions were doing this before in the past and also I want to apologize for my hiatus at that time however whether it was a simple birthday wish or getting him a gift, as his creator, I was very happy to know he was well loved and it really means a lot to me there are quite a few people likes him as much as I do. I’m pretty sure Ryuunosuke was also very appreciated for the gifts and felt the same way as well. Thank you once again and let’s hope his birthday comes around again soon!
Let’s see……I guess the next birthday event will be Yuki from @sapporo-division on December so it will be two months from now. Please look forward to that! hopefully I didn’t wouldn’t forget again hahaha

“is that even necessary? I mean…I can just say thanks to them in person when I get to meet them, y’know”

“plus you’re in luck that I have time to help sending your message on social media, you owe me that~”
“Is that how it goes? then…ok um…I want to say thanks to everyone who went their way of sending me gifts. I’m very happy to enjoy using some of them…oh! I wanna mentioned my pops really appreciate your kind offers for me. Uhh…he said if you or your family or friends are interested in self-defense lessons you are welcomed to come over at our dojo and yeah what he said! It’ll be nice if our friends in or outside Okinawa wanna spar with me haha! Again thank you so much with the gifts. I’ll definitely cherish it. Ryuunosuke out!”
Though the day of his birth was technically over, the leader of the Naha Division still was receiving gifts for his birthday. As he stepped out onto his doorstep in the morning prepared to head to his master's dojo, Ryūnosuke looked as a large and tall white box was placed in front of his porch. Blinking, he figured it was for him and dragged the heavy box inside of his house. After about five minutes of getting the box open, he looked as it revealed a basketball hoop for him to play with. The karate assistant's eyes grew wide as he looked at. He wondered who had sent it. Lucky for him, a note was attached on the outside of the box that the hoop came in with, which read:
"Dear Ryūnosuke,
A fine happy birthday to you, my friend. Sorry I couldn't be in Naha to wish you this myself, but I got slammed at my bar last night, and I only had time this morning to drop off your gift. I hope you enjoy it. Next time I'm free, I'll see if I can drop by and we can shoot some hoops together. Again, hope your birthday was a good one. And feel free to stop by Eagle's Nest sometime. We'd love to have you.

“Sweet! I got my own basketball game! I gotta try this” he widely smiles with happiness and a bit of excitement of the gift he got from his bar colleague-friend, Rashaad now that he has an indoor basketball game
After looking at the mesmerizing display in a short time, Ryuunosuke wanted to entertain himself of playing basketball for a while…maybe 30 minutes? he had a lot of fun shooting the ball continuesly then successfully the ball went onto the hoop while some it bounced back. Though as he was very occupied with the game that he didn’t even realize the time has passed more than 20 minutes— instead he’s been playing for 2 hours straight so he stopped.
“Phew! I’m beat with all that shooting. This is the funnest gift I’ve had……but sometimes playing by yourself is boring so maybe I can invite Kyō to come here and I’m pretty sure Naoki isn’t into sports saying “it could ruin his nails~ or something~” I wont force him though” and also maybe he will show to some of his students to play basketball hoop with him, letting them to play during break. “If I did, pops will probably scold me to bring a “distracting” game in the class haha……”
But before he went on a break, he pulls out his smartphone and sending a text message to Rashaad that both share contacts before

Hey Rashaad! I already received your gift and I had fun playing it for 2 hours straight lmao. Thanks btw
Yeah you should come over to my place whenever you have time. You and me can settle who shoots the most points will be the winner. Fun right? if you want, you can bring along your team with you
Thanks again for the gift, Rashaad and I won’t lose to you. I also hope you were doing well!
P.S. if I win which I definitely will, you owe me a free pass drink when I bring my fellas to your bar, ok? 👌

Was a calm and sunny day in naha, okinawa and certain karate teacher assistant was cleaning up the dojo when he heard the sound of footstep and a joy voice
"ryuunosuke!"-on that moment he felt someone was hugged him and he saw a bluenette girl-"happy birthday!"
"hi Kururi"-he said to the girl who smiled at him and he heard other voice
"god Rui... i'm sorry for my sister Ryuunosuke san"-Aoba Yamamura (dressed with black and revealing summer clothes who showed a tattoo of red spider lilies and white lilies on his stomach) approached them both but he was a little smile bow bowing politely to ryuunosuke,after all Aoba considered him a friend and respected him maybe since he helped him with some guys who harassed him when he was in naha besides Kururi was fond of him
"hahaha you don't believe your own word,i can see your smile"-Said Kururi and she turned to see Ryuunosuke-"but Ryuunosuke me and my brother want give you a birthday gift"-she said and Aoba take out of her black cloth bag an objet giving it to ryuunosuke

"I was shopping with Kururi and when she saw this she wanted give it to you and i was agreed"-she explain and Kururi smiled proud of herself
"yeah.... i'm sorry ryuunosuke san but me and nii san will go now,we will go to the beach so goodbye"-Kururi said and she walked away with her brother
It was a normal day helping out to sweeping the floor of somee dusts all over and then he was surprised that he met familiar faces from somewhere and it turned to be the Yamamura siblings, well at least Aoba that he saved him long time ago and he did also met his sister Kururi after. “Not at all, I’m just happy to see your sister being fond of me. You can say it’s normal to be hugged by her” He remembered it’s been a long time he have seen Yamamura siblings and it’s very nice to see them again feeling great. Moreover, I t seems they come all this way to Naha to give him a gift for his birthday
He took the golden lion statue from Aoba then look at it as it looks astonishing “woah! is this for me? it may looks small it I feel like it’s kinda expensive. Is this really expensive?” He asked in a bit of worry if they actually purchase a small golden statue with a high price. He would feel guilty to receive it, honestly but of course he couldn’t reject their gift so he will try to cherish it and hopefully wouldn’t to try break it in the future “Thanks for the gift, Aoba-san and you too Kururi-chan. You’ve picked out the coolest gift I’ve ever had. The next time your birthday is coming up, I’m definitely gonna give you and your brother the coolest gift as call it even” he thanked them, showing his warm smile while gently patting Kururi’s head like a kind older brother
The three are having brief but not too long conversion about each other of how they were doing. He was glad to know there weren’t anything bad happened to Aoba & Kururi aside they daily lives in Kumamoto and quietly did a playful gesture of asking Aoba if he was in contact with his rival. He was curious if the rumors were true about his relationship with him but Aoba have nothing to say except just brushes him off with embarrassment and told it’s none of his business.
Sadly the Yamamura siblings had to leave right away to the beach but surely he understand they want to spend time together of having memorial day at the beach “You’re leaving already? ok have fun you two…and again thanks for the gift……ah! Aoba-san when you get back to your home, tell your team Kunio and Natsume that I say “hi”. My team can wait to battle against your team soon! We may be friendly but we ain’t gonna lose to you!” Ryuunosuke waves them goodbye and declare his determination to fight them in DRB”
As they were about to head out from the dojo, he call them out “by the way, i have my best buddy works at the beach so if you guys get into trouble, Kyō will be there to help. Trust me, he’s a reliable guy! but uh……make sure he was able to spot you two from a lot of women”
Once the karate assistant opens his dojo’s doors to welcome the sunlight of a new day, his eyes then spot an unknown ice box hanging in front of his residence with a pink memo attached to its lid.

My name’s Asahi from Nara Division and I gotta confess that this is a bit abrupt to come at your house haha. I just heard this from one grandma at the tea house in your town that today happens to be your birthday so I think of gifting you something would be nice as I’ve a bit of business to take care of in Naha today after all.
By the way, the teammates of mine haven’t yet been aware that today is your birthday though. So, please pardon them. I’ll be the one who takes on the representative job for this time!
P.S. Don’t tell Yuuya that I was visiting Naha city today. He probably gets a bit salty once knowing I go visiting the seaside town that he has always wanted to go to without him.

Inside the ice box is the cool monaka ice cream with some fruity stuffs to try out;
It was an early morning and another day of a peaceful sunny weather. One can hear a sound of a beetle in a distance as Ryuunosuke opens the dojo door, getting ready to head out for his usual morning jogging after he do some stretches while feeling a nice breeze all over his face but as he about to step forward, he noticed a suspicious ice box that was on the front door carpet that was in front of him.
Puts on a confused look on his face on why is the ice box left alone at his doorstep. He calls out his dad with a loud voice asking if his dad was the one who usually orders stuff online or food delivery
“Hey pops! did you order something online? I found an ice box that’s been hanging here at our doorstep!” there were no response from his dad. He probably is still a sleep, he guessed.
He lets out a small sigh and decided to check out the box. As he gets close to get it, he also noticed a pink colored piece of note on top and carefully reads it. Guess he was wrong about the suspicious box he thought it would be but it’s actually a relief it was a birthday gift for him and the note was written by one of the members of Nara Division, Asahi. “Asahi?…Asahi……oh! that pink hair artist guy I’ve heard about! wow even though we haven’t met in person but that’s thoughtful of him bringing me this gift”
He opens the lid and see two delicious cold dessert of monaka ice cream that’s been nicely reserved inside “Uwah! these looks so good. Hmm, I guess I could skip my morning training for today and head back inside eating some of these ice cream as my breakfast dessert. Damn…it looks so good my mouth is watering. Maybe I could share another ice cream for dad……y’know what, he wouldn’t mind me taking it all since it’s my birthday after all” he happily grins with a smile on his face how was he excited to eat such rewarding gift
“Although I’m happy about this gift that he sent me but shouldn’t it be better if he and his team could come over to my place greeting me with a gift in person, instead so I can thank him but I understand he had to attend some business here in urgent. That’s kinda shame……” he lets out a sigh again how it was disappointing. He was actually looking forward to meet Nara Division team as an ordinary person. Of course he will keep Asahi’s secret for coming here without his team knowing but he should invite his team to go along with him to Naha next time, I mean…it’s a tropical paradise so he gets Yuuya’s feeling.
“Oh well that can’t be help and regardless thanks for the treat, Asahi and others. I really appreciate it. I’m definitely gonna thank him once we get the chance to meet eventually” Ryuunosuke gets the ice box then went back inside bringing the ice box. He had the nicest gift and enjoys the taste of that sweet ice cream in a morning daylight
