I went to Nail Trap (as I usually do) on Wesley Chapel and it hit me...why don't they offer their customers some sort of loyalty program? I've brought my friends a couple of times and have been myself 10+ times. I'm not suggesting that it be an extensive loyalty program, but maybe offer discounts for so many visits, a free facial service, or something along those lines. Maybe since I value customer service, the little things are always important to me ✨
