episodes 17 and 18 really drained my tears, lots of heartbreaking scenes. Starting from Sobong who started to love Cheoljong, to the shocking news of CheolJong's death.
I'm really grateful to Kim Byeong In, and I'm trying to keep believing in him. Hey Byeong In, this is your chance to proof that you're not like your father, so please don't betray us, I know you are doing this for So Yong's safety, Sobong is also one of So Yong, so protect her.

This is just my hunch, (because I watched it without subtitles) but it was the DongHak rebels who guarded or captured Cheol Jong. because those who guarded him were like soldiers who had served him (in my opinion).
