Tonight, my friends and I got dressed up and headed to a special New Year's Eve dinner at Naka. It was 5 beautiful courses and I couldn't think of a better way to ring in the new year. The Wagyu with truffles was particularly amazing. I decided it ruined regular steak forever, I've never experienced food like that before. Incredible. Thankful. The top right is tuna with quail eggs. Top left is squid with uni and caviar. Bottom left is clam, king crab and black cod. Bottom right is wagyu beef with black truffles. We also had rice porridge with clams and a beautiful dessert that I can't adequately describe. #happynewyear #2017 #dinner #nakaseattle #delicious
