I don’t know how it is everywhere but in my experience with our on campus people they are very cookie cutter in their approach. I hope it works out for you and you’re doing okay Mike, let me know if there’s any small way I could help

I’m really just trying to get some help on dealing with stress, since I’ve never had it affect me like it is now - I’m usually pretty good at just staying chill with a general sense of stress, but last night I think I had an anxiety pr panic attack.  And I’ve always had to deal with bouts of depression, and it’s been fine.  But it’s been pretty bad, as I expected, and I just wanted to check in with someone.
