Wholesome Project!!!

Okay so in North Ayrshire, just like in a lot of other places across the UK and the rest of the world we've started a Kindness Rocks Project (#nakindnessrocks)

The idea of this is you get a rock, and write a kind positive, or motivational quote on it, then you hide it somewhere (in this case, in North Ayrshire), you also write a link to the Facebook (@NAkindnessrocks) on the back of it or the hashtag, so people can find the instructions there.

Then someone else finds the rock and they can rehide it, or keep it, but replace it with another one.

Hopefully, when people find them, it'll put a smile on their face, as well as when the rocks are being made or hidden

So please see if you have a project like this in your local area and get involved! Or if you don't, why not start one!! You just need to hide a few rocks and make a social media page/hashtag and the rest should do itself!

Update: a great example is @kindnessrocksmaine, their blog has not only quotes but also cute pictures or patterns on their rocks, check it out!
