This Is one ride that truly shows alot of struggles Reason as to why my #strava didint record the whole #tilnarcyclechallenge is just a story For another day. At this point I and Jimmy had reached East African University. We struggled all the way up to Kajiado Empeut Resort where I took a cold shower and had breakfast (Tea mandazi & sausage) relaxed for about 30 mins then did the remaing journey up to Namanga which was 85 kms. #tilnar #tilnarchallenge #Namanga 1/2 (at Namanga (KEN-TZ) border)
