Hi! Well, you know, nonnie, I like a lot of things. Things that maybe you don’t like, or even actively hate. Hell, I probably dislike some things that you love.

But the thing about me is, I acknowledge and accept that everyone is unique and individual…and different from me. And I don’t judge or reject them for it. If I did, I sure wouldn’t be friends with some of the most amazing folks that have enriched my life in the best way.

And because of that, I enjoy many facets of fandom with a diverse group of people. You included!

And also because of that, I have enough strength in character to not give one whit whether you approve or not.

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for almost a decade now and I have to constantly remind myself that’s it’s called “practicing yoga”, not “do it once or a few times and then you’re perfect”.

I may have gotten a pity pat and “ya did good, Lizabeth” from the instructor tonight after class.
