Johnny Johnny History: Whilst researching the frequency of how often Johnny Johnny Nursery Rhymes are uploaded to Youtube, a few accidental discoveries were made.
Firstly, results of the initial search showed via a quick calculation that an average of 8.375 Johnny Johnny videos are uploaded to Youtube every hour.
However, that’s not all. Upon closer look, the first page of the Youtube search used for this research showed a peculiar amount of videos uploaded by one single account, BQ AWESOME. A look into this quickly revealed that despite 0 subscribers, this channel had abruptly released 109 videos in the span of 5 hours, today alone, with the only other three videos having been unrelated fantastic stim videos released as long as 9 months ago.
All titles of the 109 videos uploaded in the span of 5 hours contain different variations of Johnny Johnny, including different languages, spellings of Johnny and Johnny’s routine. Among the 109, the video lengths average around 4 minutes, but not without some as long as 30 minutes. It’s worth noting all videos are live action, and seem consistent with the same children in every one. All of the videos are well recorded and edited, and seem to contain high quality upbeat music and cartoony sound effects, all in more of a vlog format if anything. It follows along the daily life of two children, who may or may not be Johnny, Johny, or someone else entirely. Many of the videos are not even nursery rhymes, despite all sharing relatively the same title. They seem more akin to b roll in a television series following the fantastic daily adventures of the children. Many of the locations showcased seem magical and almost commercially fun looking. Like in this video, the children seem to be at a very colorful and visually appealing Museum of Icecream. Judging by the pink trees in the video, this appears to be the Miami location, and not California. For an unknown reason, Super Mario Bros is edited onto the arcade screen in this video, and is not actually the game being played, if any at all. It is unclear what any of this means, or who the woman who is consistent in each video is, but further research will be conducted.
