Nameless Frames at Bric a Brac 04/21/16

Two separate and very good reviews by Razorcake of the new debut LP by Nameless Frames.

Nameless Frames are out of Austin, Texas.  This is a new release on Super Secret Records (also out of Austin).  To me, this sounds like a great cross of Aussie punk (Eddy Current Suppression Ring, Ausmuteants) and early Parquet Courts (”Light Up Gold”).

This album progresses through different sounds early on (”Put It Back” has a Flying Nun early punk sound), but then settles into a more familiar garage punk sound later on the album.
