“Okay, cut!” The director’s voice echoes around the set, and Mina briefly holds her breath, looking around to make sure at first that the cameras really have stopped rolling so she can finally relax. When it’s confirmed by the staff scattering around, her shoulders drop and she looks at her filming partner. In her mind she was going to make an encouraging comment, only instead of that, laughter easily trickles out of her throat. She suddenly feels awkward, doing all the romantic scenes with Joohyuk, who she has known for years, since they were both awkward teens; he was a tall and lanky one, while she was, as she is now, quite tiny.
“This isn’t weird, is it?” She’s laughing still even as she asks, her coping mechanism for the weirdness she feels.
