Mutant Hybrids

Time and again, X-genes of human-atlantean hybrids self-activate granting great powers to the child along with an amphibious nature. Namor is famous, but there's also his relatives Namora & Namorita, as well as Llyron and Nia Noble

The X-gene of Namor's family seems to grant great physical power and flight; Nia Noble inherited powerful telepathic abilities from her mutant mother, the villain Lady Lotus

Since then Namor his grandson has ruled first as Prince then as King.
