friendly reminder: DC’s ancient Atlanteans were mostly homo magi before they sunk into the ocean. back then, Atlantean was a nationality and not a classified species yet.
ancient Atlanteans also had cultural diversity, their society wasn’t just based on Greek culture like many people believe. plus they had their own pantheon of Atlantean Gods so they didn’t worship many Gods of Olympus.
source: I read too many Aquaman related comics

Explainin why these three would be very long and complicated but HEY NAMOR, ST. JOHN, AND PIETRO!
I SHALL put my atlantean headcanons on here. i think about them a lot. yes.
this one in particular. this is how i imagine their hair to work. FORGIVE THIS DOODLE for its messy but yes.
AS FOR LORD ROYAL HIGHNESS i think he would have it the latter where its all the way around. the episode is incredibly inconsistent with how hes animated. 😭😭😭
but yeah i like imagining variety in atlanteans.
its canon but they also would have different tail lengths n stuff imo. not just depending on their body shapes. like their shown. but yeah this is me rambling. i will def ramble more about them later. im so autistic about these things
Out of order with the Bsky posts because the aspect ratios are messy.
Appropriately, The Ender heralds the end… of this image series…
…until the update next month.
