@mangher asked: "Apologies for bothering you, Sakurazuka-san, but do you have any painkillers?" Nanami rubbed his temple in an attempt to get rid of his headache that would become a migraine if he had to spend one more minute with Gojou and his... larger than life personality.
Truthfully, her mind was elsewhere entirely. She was sitting by her desk with her research in front of her, but at some point, she had hyperfocused in one passage and began hopping from translation to translation. By the time his voice brought her back to reality, she was thinking to herself in ancient greek. Mentally shaking away the jumble of languages, she rose to her feet and greeted the other sorcerer with a small smile and a bow of her head. “Nanami-san. You’re never a bother.” In their secret world pretty much characterized by the eccentricities of its inhabitants, she appreciated Nanami-san’s quiet and efficient presence, even though she felt like he could afford to relax a little from time to time as well.
Case in point, he was suffering from what looked to be a growing headache judging by how the flow of his energy was constricted. “I do.” But she made no move to get him the medication for the time being, motioning for him to take a seat instead. “Would you let me brew you some tea first, though? I could use a break, too.” The properties of the tea would help unblock some of the passageways and ease his pain. She would provide him with the medication as well, of course, and it would be better for him to have something in his stomach in case he decided to take it. “My favorite bakery had a new type of scone today, and I haven’t had the chance to taste them yet.”
