Unfortunately we have bad news for our customer who dropped off a PNY USB 16GB. 😩 The customer was using their PC with the USB attached and after accidentally dropping the computer the USB got bent at the top. After full inspection, this model does not have a removable NAND chip. The entire USB PCB board along with the NAND chip is one piece. Since the NAND chip has a hairlike crack, we are unable to recover the data. This is the worst part of our job.
