someone tried to tell me that being a nanny is unskilled labor but I know thirty-year-olds who are still scared to touch a baby because they’re uncomfortable with tiny vulnerable humans. like nah dude nannying is a real job with real stress and it utilizes real skills (cooking, cleaning, & being super attentive, to name a few). not to mention being a nanny means putting yourself in charge of the health, early education, and well-being of a LITERAL INFANT... a teeny tiny human is relying on you to literally survive. 🤔 unskilled my ass !
