i was at the phase where i was worrying my idea for nano isn't unique or distinctive or coherent enough. that is silly though! i banish the voice of doubt, pah. i mean if nothing else, it's a story i really want to tell, and that i, personally, find interesting, so that ought to serve as armour-of-sorts for if i get doubtful later

but just. ALL these ideas are interesting, man! everyone's ideas are interesting. if it's something that excites you and that you want to write, it is interesting! and only you can dooooo iiiiiit. and it's not concept, it's execution! which is less reassuring, depending on your level of confidence in how good you are at executing things; still, though.
