Hand in hand, Tony led Hotaru down one of the long corridors of the new Avengers facility. Both Fury and Maria Hill were impressed by Hotaru Takenaka’s credentials. With her connection to Tony Stark, it was requested that the two come for a very important meeting.

“Hey, it’s okay,” Tony kissed the back of her hand as they approached the large room. “Whatever they want you to do, it won’t be so bad. I mean, you’re a rookie, so they have to go easy on you.” That part he was unsure about. Fury and Hill told him exactly what they wanted to test Hotaru on. He would be nervous, too, if the roles were reversed.
