The pompous little shit Klaus raises an eyebrow, arms folding across his chest, and he levels a disapproving stare at them.  Lips pursed.  He doesn’t get paid enough for this.  

“Who even let you in?  Did we not install locks on the doors…?”

Lucas’ eyes brighten at the suggestion and he scrambles out of the bean bag chair, grabbing for the remote and practically bouncing in excitement.  

“Yes, absolutely!  Have they put season two out yet?” He’s like a kid in a candy store, dragging his appointed new friend over to sit with him.  “Shiro is my favorite. He reminds me a lot of my friend Aiden. I like the lions, too, but I kinda thought they were wolves at first, is that weird?”

Ask my characters shit

Eyes wide and a bit confused, Anna smiles cheerfully at the stranger.  “Is that not a compliment?”  She picks her words carefully, still shaky with English, accent thick in her soprano voice.  “Why would I be holding it against you?”

Somewhere in the background, Klaus can be seen bristling.

Klaus do you think pigeons have feelings?

The blond’s lip curls a bit, nose crinkling as he bows his head to pinch at the bridge of it.  Oh.  Oh, this one is going to give him a headache, he can already tell.  

“Pigeons don’t have feelings. Their brains are too small.  You have that in common.”

Promptly, this earns him a smack on the back of the head from a very disgruntled Rowan.  Because that’s rude, you piece of shit.

“Klaus will you have dinner with me” - @capricornrainstorm

His brows furrow over icy eyes, unsure if he heard that correctly.  When he glances around, though, there’s no one else in the vicinity, so the person must be talking to him. 

“I-- do I know you?”  Klaus squints a bit, realizing that in fact he has met them before.  From the art show, the interaction had been brief, but they had made quite the impression.  “Oh. Well...” He clears his throat. “...no.”

A pause.

“Sorry.”
