I love it when Nathan Kleinman (@experimentalfarmnetwork) shows up with a truck full of weird and wonderful fruits and seeds. Here's a bunch of the extremely variable Nanticoke Squash (Cucurbita maxima), some squash and watermelons from Homs, Syria, and he is holding a Gagon Cucumber (Cucumis sativus), originally from Bhutan. These seeds are from three Nanticoke Blue Squashes (Cucurbita maxima), which we grew in Kutztown from original seed shared with us by the @experimentalfarmnetwork. They each had two different colors of mature seeds in them. I'm not sure if it works this way, but we are going to grow the two colors separately to see what comes from each.
