Mmmm yummy lunch w boss today: Marutoku Negi Chashu-Men (Regular $15.80++) Lunch Set (+$1) which includes a side dish and jap brown tea, add ajitsuke tamago ($1). I chose Sui Gyoza over Yaki Gyoza, salad, tori something and 1 more option. 😛 Verdict: pretty good! PERFECT ajitsuke tamago. PERFECT DONENESS and flavour. Arguably the best. Chashu was slightly tougher than expected (boss said it melted the last time he had it), broth was flavourful and i really love the mountain of negi 😍. Tip: add la yu (chilli oil) to the soup and gyoza for extra flavour. 😌 Service is pretty good imo.
