Tbh i think its bc people see him as the klance king or something that people freak out whenever he says something and its so... bad lol. Littérale everything and anythibg. poor dude. Not to mention all the death threats and stuff esp after all the s7 dumpster fire stuff that happened. Feels bad man.

I am aware of how people see him, and that’s ridiculous. He just wanted to interact with the fandom, to joke around and have fun. Instead every little thing he says starts an apocalypse.

I wish I could say that it was just this fandom that does shit like threaten cast and crew over things, because you see people like ‘I hate Voltron because of that’, but it’s been a shitty thing that’s been cropping up in many different fandoms over the past few years.

He called everyone out for latching onto things he says and taking it too seriously, and everyone just keeps proving his point over and over again.

The interviews don’t matter. They can’t tell anyone the things they really want to know. They legally can’t, so everyone needs to stop jumping on certain words or phrases they use when they’re trying to talk around a subject.
