Naples Ends May With Strong Home Sales Activity
According to the latest reports, Naples ends May with strong home sales. There were 663 Homes Sold in Naples during the week of the 24th. The highest priced property sold for $12,250,000.
East Naples moved into the first position for the week with 137 transactions. Home sales consisted of 3 percent vacant lots, 37 percent single family homes and 58 percent were condos. The remaining properties sold were mobile homes.
North Naples fell into the second spot with 136 home sales. Of the 136 property sales, 3 percent were vacant lots, 36 percent were single family homes and 61 percent were condos.
Finally, the City of Naples ended the week with 90 home sales for the last week of the month. Naples homes sales were made up of 4 percent vacant lots, 31 percent single family homes and 64 percent condos.
