My dear departed cats, sisters - Tiki (the grey tabby) and Garfi (the yellow tabby). We had placed an in tray on our sideboard for our mail.

However, it was in the path of warm sunshine.

Naturally, they took it over for afternoon naps.

Again, naturally, we placed a folded towel for their comfort.

This all makes perfect sense.
