vent
So I was wearing a lot of sew-ins last year because I cut my hair and was also transitioning.. the summer came and I just decided fuck this im going to wear my short curly hair and be okay with it. So school starts and my I went in curly fro, puff, sometimes pun and just embraced myself. My hair isn't super short it is shoulder length and touches the top of my back but curly heads know shrinkage is a BITCH!!. Anyways although I may have liked my hair a lot my peers didn't. They pretty much said I look cute but my hair isn't. Even my so called friend said Happy Nappy, Carrot top, poodle, ramen noodle etc. I didn't really get mad or sad just disappointed I guess because most of the people that said these things were the same ethnicity as me. I sent a long text to each of my friends that had something to say about it and told off a few pussy ass peers pretty much saying that they are blind to the fact that under all that SOCIETY SAYS BULLSHIT! THEY ARE JUST LIKE ME! AND DAMN RIGHT IM HAPPY AND NAPPY BUT CAN THEY SAY THE SAME THING?
