Trouble in Paradise

Innkeeper-era Ed and Stede are getting married in a beautiful scenic location, but unfortunately the upcoming wedding – which they haven’t exactly been subtle about – draws a lot of attention from some local bad guys (possibly pirate hunters/old pirate rivals, etc.) who plan to crash it and kill them both.  Ed and Stede each separately catch wind of this in the days leading up to it, but don’t want to tell the other and ruin their wedding day, so they both try and secretly set up preventative measures (setting traps, concealing weapons within their wedding outfits) to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Of course, absolutely nothing goes smoothly, and they wind up in a big battle which gets the whole crew involved, all while continuing to yell their wedding vows to each other across the venue-turned-battlefield because they refuse to let these bastards interrupt their special moment.  (You may now kiss the groom, shouted by Lucius cowering beneath a table, results in a 2.08 parallel where they run to each other and kiss while the crew continue to fight the bad guys around them in a truly chaotic scene.)

Anyway they win, their wedding outfits end up a little torn and bloody but that’s sexy, and everyone gets cake.  A perfect day.

I was hesitating to ask for a gif but I really, really need one that's just Stede reacting to "what makes Ed happy is you." Like from the moment it cuts to Rhys and he does all these brilliant microexpressions right before the kiss? I've seen several that start with his eyebrows already up in the air but Rhys did such amazing face acting in that moment, it would be lovely to have a gif of the whole transformation thank you I love you byeeeeeeee
